- Bokmål Norwegian now serves at / — English moves to /en/ with full hreflang pairing and a language switch

Design-only change, zero data changes:
- Sticky header with a "Data: 19 September 2026" chip — the date is always visible, site-wide
- New hero: clear promise, direct "See the Top 10" jump and a what-you-get list
- Category tiles now show the winner's mark; top-10 rows show price on mobile too
- New footer, FAQ toggles, focus rings, reduced-motion support — same data, same rules
